What Are 5-Packs?
- The Nitro 5-Pack includes five lessons in one week. Compressing the number of lessons typically covered over a five-week period often results in a swimmer's progress accelerating through repetition over a short amount of time.
- The level of comfort, confidence, and competence is often exponentially increased with the frequency of being in the water for 5 consecutive days.
Who is Welcome to Attend?
- Any current Nitro 1 or Nitro 2 swimmers are welcome to join 5-Packs in addition to their current enrollment!
- New swimmers that are looking to get into lessons this summer.
What They'll Learn
- During 5-Packs, swimmers will be learning either the Nitro 1 or Nitro 2 curriculum.
- Nitro 1 is our fun, basic learn-to-swim program with a 3:1 student-teacher ratio. It begins with learning how to successfully submerge for five seconds and progresses to completing 20 yards of backstroke and 20 yards of beginning freestyle. Nitro 1 also emphasizes safety—swimmers are taught both a rolling recovery and a jump recovery.y, as well as jump recovery.
- Nitro 2 is our Advanced Curriculum with a 4:1 student-teacher ratio. Swimmers will see more success in Nitro 2 if they are already comfortable in the water, can do a basic backstroke across a pool, and are ready for the fast-paced structure of this dynamic curriculum. If you are unsure about whether Nitro 2 or Nitro 1 should be your starting point, defer to Nitro 1 and gain the confidence of Nitro 1 before undertaking Nitro 2. Students will learn all four competitive strokes and will be ready to join our team after graduating.
How Much Does it Cost?
- Cost is $154.25 per week.
- $40 registration fee if applicable. Once paid, registration fees cannot be credited, even in the event of a cancellation.
- Sign up for multiple weeks; they fill fast!
Please Note: A request to cancel an enrollment must be received more than 14 days prior to the start of the first class, and it will result in a credit being issued to the customer’s Swim School account. The credit is good for one year from the date of the original payment. No other cancellation requests will be granted.
