Join the best swim program in Texas to sharpen your skills before the summer league season kicks off! This is a pre-season program for swimmers ages 6-17 to build strong fundamentals, improve all four strokes, and sharpen race skills before Summer League begins.

Dates: Every Saturday, March 28 – May 2, 2026

Cost:  $150.00 total

Who Can Attend?

  • Open to swimmers age 6 - 17.
  • Must be able to independently swim across the width of the USA pool on front and back.
  • A tryout is required before registration.
  • Required Equipment:
    • Goggles
    • Kickboard
    • Swim Cap (for long hair)
    • A Great Attitude

Skills We'll Work On

  • Strong Foundations: Bodyline, streamline and powerful kicking
  • Stroke Development: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly
  • Race Skills:  Starts, finishes, and race-ready confidence
