Intro to Nitro

Cedar Park:Asher Ogden– Asher is always doing his best and impressing the coaches with his listening skills.  Being one of the more recent additions to Intro Asher hasn’t skipped a beat. Whether its flip turns, open turns, dives or reading the clock Asher can do it all!

Bee Cave:Aishika “Aisha” Mitra– Aisha had been having tremendous improvements in the last 2-3 weeks.  She has really be putting in the extra work at each and every practice. Not only working harder to get faster but also concentrating on perfecting the techniques. Everyone can see that she has the desire and dedication to learn and improve. Keep it up!

Bronze

Cedar Park: All of our swimmers leaving us for the Silver group!– You all have done a great job this summer training hard, and doing all you need to do to advance our team is in good shape with the swimmers we have coming up the ranks.

Bee Cave:Maddy Oleary– Maddy has been really impressing me lately.  Her strokes, especially freestyle, have started coming together and I can tell her focus has become stronger.  I know that Maddy wants to be in the pool by the smile on her face and how well she pays attention to the coaches.  Keep up the great work Maddy!

Technique and Fitness

Cedar Park:Marin Filipowicz & Mason Priddy – These two have been doing especially well, over the last week. Mason has perfected his flip turns, and his speed is picking up.  Marin is excelling with her technique.  Her streamlines and underwaters look good, and she has gotten the breaststroke pullout down.  Great job you two, thanks for being a part of NITRO, and we’ll see you at the pool.

Bee Cave: Thom Naccarato– Thom has been on fire recently! Attacking every set with 100% effort from warm up to warm down! He has been focused so he can move himself up to our silver team. At the rate he’s going, he’ll be there in no time! Keep up the great work! Scott and I are so proud of you!

Silver

Cedar Park: Logan Clark– Logan has been such a hard worker every day, encouraging to everyone he swims with making sure to tell everyone they have been doing a good job. Great manners says “Yes Sir” to everything he is told. Great role model for those who are new to the group.

Bee Cave: Macky Syrett– Macky has been a great trainer for the Silver group very deserving of this award, look forward to continuing his strong efforts in practice.

Advanced Silver

Cedar Park: Anna Kate Benwell– She has been a force to be reckoned with at Tags this weekend, finaling in both her 50 and 100 breastroke events. Great job to all swimmers who have swum this weekend from Advanced Silver!

Bee Cave:Hunter Lee– Hunter put together a really strong week.  He showed me that he could make corrections to his stroke and keep with them.  In addition his effort level showed me what he is capable of and I’m looking forward to seeing what he can do with the challenges coming up in the weeks ahead. Keep up the great work Hunter!
